There’s chance employers offers a matching program, most programs are match dollar-for-dollar, some companies will double or even triple the original donation. This program doubles your charitable contributions to DHSC or turns your volunteer hours into a monetary donation. You can search if your employer offers this program, using the tool above. Be sure to submit your employer matching request within the same calendar year; most companies have a 12/31 deadline.

Volunteer Support Programs, sometimes called “Dollars for Doers” or Individual Volunteer Grants, essentially reward employees who donate their time to Dartmouth Middle School or DHSC. Guidelines and amounts vary with each company.

Here is a list of Dartmouth Donations that can be submitted for matching:

• Dartmouth Home & School Club Enrichment Drive

• Sport Programs Donation (Including Cheer)

• PE Department

• Performing Arts Program Donation (BAND, DRAMA)

• 8th Fundraising

Here are a few tips:

• Know the matching gifts guidelines before making your donation. Each program has specific requirements for how the donation can be funded.

• Companies offer direct donation matching through their programs. Your donation and the matching amount are sent to DHSC. Please note that this options does experience a delay in delivery.

• Know your employer's deadlines. Some programs have quarterly deadlines and matching paperwork must be completed within a specific time frame. Majority of companies have a end-of-year deadline of 12/31.

• When selecting your donation recipient, please choose Dartmouth Home & School Club (DHSC). Our Tax ID #77-0336405. 

• Please verify the payment details are correct and should be directed to Dartmouth Home & School Club (DHSC) NOT Dartmouth Middle School or Union School District.
